Refund Policy
Training workshops: Cancellations are accepted 5 or more days prior to the workshop date and a full refund will be made. Following this, a suitable alternative participant of equal value may be substituted.
If cancellation or no-show occurs outside these provisions, the registrant is liable for full payment for the workshop.
Other services: Where applicable, a fee or deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Refunds will be made according the following:
14 or more days prior to the scheduled date: full refund of both administration(20%) and general (80%) fees.
Less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date: Refund of general fee (80% of total paid).
